Shop orders:
Every effort will be taken to dispatch orders for within 2 days. At busy times this may take longer. 

All parcel orders are send using a 48HR tracked delivery service. 

Our working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).


Subscription box orders:

Subscription boxes will be sent using a 48HR tracked delivery service.  

Please see our terms & conditions page - or the product page for when your box will be dispatched. 


Returns 
You can return your order to us within 30 days from the date you placed the order. Please email us prior to returning at info@littlefawnbox.co.uk explaining the reason you would like to return (for example, is it damaged or just no longer needed).


All returns should be sent back in their original, unopened packaging, to:

Please include a note within your parcel with your order number and name and address. 


Subscription boxes MUST be sent back IN FULL, with no items missing. 


You will be refunded the product price, along with the original postage cost. If you’re returning only part of an order, we unfortunately won’t be able to refund the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs that you pay to return the parcel to us. 


We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 


Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you


Faulty or incorrect item. 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will fix this right away for you. 


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@littlefawnbox.co.uk. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@littlefawnbox.co.uk and send your item to: Little Fawn Box LTD, Flexspace (unit 50), Manchester Road, Bolton, BL3 2NZ, United Kingdom. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should post your product to: Little Fawn Box LTD, Flexspace (Unit 50), Manchester Road, Bolton, BL3 2NZ, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
