Heart Pancake Fruit Kebabs

What's better than pancakes?  Heart shaped pancakes with fruit on a stick of course.

What you need:

1 Cup Self RaisingFlour

1 Medium Egg

150ml Milk

Coconut Oil tocook


1. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the middle

2. Break the egg into the flour well

3. Slowly add the milk and gently whisk until the mixture is smooth

4. Add oil to a pan over medium heat

5. Add about 2 Tbsp of the mixture to the pan and turn over after a few minutes

6. Continue to do this until the mixture has all been used

7. Cut the pancakes into heart shapes using a cookie cutter

8. Use kebab stick and fruit to make into the shape of an arrow

Alternatively you can use a heart pancake mould, for cooking, to avoid wastage
